My life

This is a fairly brief description.!!

Well, When I was about 9 years old my family and teachers began to notice my balance was off, And I was leaning on the walls when I walked.

They then sent me to Newington children's hospital, They knew something was off but not sure what it was. They moved me to a more equipped school that didn't have any stairs.

A couple years went by and they doctor monitored me, in 1991 he determined I had a rare disease called friedrichs ataxia, However there was no test for it yet, By then I was using a walker to get around, By the time I was 12 I was getting my first manual wheelchair. It wasn't that bad I could still do most things a normal 12 year old could do.

When I was 15 and starting high school I got my first power wheelchair this was cool I made a lot of friends, In 1996 I got my first computer and started learning all kinds of new stuff, In 1999 I graduated high school and started working also found out I had diabetes.

in 2000 I got a job at awl*mart and my own apartment then I really started living, and I made a ton of new friends.

In March 2003 I started seeing things weird, Within a few days I couldn't see good, I got programs to help use my computer and things to help. My family helps me a lot & my friends.

July 9th I came home from ECAD canine training center where I spent 13 days training with my new assistance dog Sam!..

At the end of 2006 me, my mom, Richard, and Sam looked and found a huge home that was already equipped with a ramp and a apartment off the house..

in 2007 we moved in I took the apartment, My mom and Richard got a new dog black Sheppard named Inga, she's cool with Sam so its good..  in fab 2008 my mom and Richard got married!, and the department for independent living took my 2 bathrooms in my apartment and made 1 big one a big shower hot tub jucoosy its cool, and I bought a wheelchair accessible van, 2001 ford win star! I got a good deal, I cant drive but i got assistants that drive me...
